主要结构：

本机主要架、传动部分、刀组（含刀盘）、进料口、出料口等结构组成。该机整机各零部件均采用符合食品卫生要求的不锈钢材料制作，保证长期不锈、不蚀、、无害。

工作原理

该机工作时，刀组（刀盘）做同步高速旋转，将物料投入料口中,在下落过程中，被旋转的刀组切成片状，再经过下料口下落，完成整个切片过程。

主要用途：本机适合用于饭店、学校、工厂、企事业单位食堂及食品生产加工企业，加工各种大直径、圆柱体的根、茎、瓜果（包括木薯、红薯、田薯、淮山、萝卜、莲藕、各类瓜、茄子、土豆等）进行连续切片。

安装、调试

1.使用前将机器放置在干燥、通风的水平地面上，确保机器工作时平稳、可靠。

2.使用前对各部位进行检查，紧固件是否在运输途中松动，开关及电源线是否因运输而破损。

3.检查入料口及料筒内是否有异物，如有异物清理干净，以免外来硬性杂质引起及其他零件损坏。

4.启动开启按钮，从入料口看，视刀组针方向旋转为正确，开机前请用手在转盘下面将转盘向顺时针方向转动，静听进料筒与刀面没发生磨擦声才可将机器开动，且机器运转平稳，并无异常声音后方可开始工作。

使用、操作

1.机器工作前，检查料筒内有无异物，且被切物料中不得夹杂坚硬异物，以免损坏刀片或发生其他故障。

2.投放物料过程中切勿将异物错投入料筒中，否则将会损坏。

3.切片时开机后运转后再将物料投入下料口，切成片状后将自

动沿着出料口排出。当物料大于小料口时，请不要强行塞入。如发生卡住，可用另外一根物料作为送料器把它压下去。

4.可根据需加工的切片厚薄要求调整垫板，实现厚度调整：本机

采用进料盖（盘）与主机分离式，如需调整，把进料盖（盘）四个角上的螺目松开，将进料盖（盘）提起拿开.

示例:调整，淮山片加厚：

（1）分别将3把刀片上的螺丝松开拆下来，再把刀片下原配的垫片取下；

（2）根据实际需要，选择垫片（刀下的垫片大、小3片）。加厚时将机上配有的垫片加到刀下面，厚度由客户自定。垫板垫得越高，开口越大，切片越厚；反之，垫板垫得越低，开口小，切片越薄。

（3）厚度调整后，可用直尺等仪器测量厚度，或用手持需切片的物料（如萝卜）进行简单试切片，再测量切出的片后，看是否符合要求。

（4）将进料盖（盘）四角对准螺杆，放入后，锁紧螺母，完成之后，可用手动的方式，把手从出料斗伸进，抓住刀盘下面的螺丝，转动刀盘，如确定无碰撞，即装好。

（5）开通电源试机。

5、如需切片的物料较硬（如是多年生的树根类），不可一次性将过量的物料强行填入下料口内，防止电机过载烧坏。

常见故障与排除

注意事项

1、机器运转中，切勿将手或硬物伸进工作筒内，以免造身伤害和损坏机器。

2、机器维修中，切勿开启电源开关，以免发生危险。

3、在拆卸或清洗过程中,不要直接用手触摸刀刃。刀组可整体拆下，拆卸时要用手拿刀组上端的轴身，必要时带上保护手套，以免发生危险。

4、机器运转中，不要进行任何形式的维护和保养，以免造身伤害。

保养、维修

所有的维护和保养都在切断电源的情况下进行。

1.每次用完后，拆下刀组及过滤板认真清洗，将刀表面水分擦去，以免切刀生锈。可用水从（下料口）进料筒冲进去清洗刀盘和下料口等部位。

2.刀片在切削一段时间后应拆出来磨利，装上去的时候应注意刀口与垫片的距离，操作流程参照调节切片厚薄。

3.机器长时间停用时，可在上涂抹少量食用油以防锈。

4、在工作过程中，如果机器声音不正常，立即停机检查，待故障排除后方能继续工作。

5、如较长时间不使用本机器，应将下料口盖住，以免沙土进入，损坏刀口。
